Francoda (凡可达) was founded in 2026 by a team with 13+ years of hands-on experience in international trade and sourcing. We've lived the pain: flying across the country to visit a factory, spending thousands on airfare and hotels just to spend two hours on the ground, only to realize the factory wasn't what we expected.

We built Francoda to solve this. Not with fancy AI or complex software — but with real people, on the ground, who know the local market and can be your eyes and ears when you can't be there yourself.

Every agent must sign a platform-level Non-Disclosure Agreement before viewing task details. Breach of confidentiality results in immediate account termination and liability for damages.

Buyer funds are held in escrow after bid acceptance. Only released to the agent after task completion approval. If deliverable doesn't meet expectations, our dispute resolution team steps in.

Our platform scans uploaded files for phone numbers, email addresses, and WeChat IDs. Personal contact info hidden in images or documents is flagged and blocked to prevent circumvention of the platform.

Dispute Resolution & Refund Policy

Clear refund rules: Task not done at all → 100% refund. Partially incomplete → 50% refund, agent gets 50% minus commission. Fully completed → full payment released to agent.

Agent Identity Verification

Before accepting their first task, agents must submit ID verification (passport or ID card, front only, kept confidential). This protects buyers and builds trust in the platform.

Agent Profile & Requirements

To ensure quality and trust, all agents must meet these requirements before joining the platform.

✅ Identity Verification (Required)

Submit a clear photo of your ID card or passport (front only). Francoda keeps this information strictly confidential and only uses it for identity verification and dispute resolution.

✅ Brief Introduction (≤25 words)

Write a short intro: your city, background, and relevant experience. Example: "Based in Guangzhou. 5 years in home decor importing. Fluent in English and Cantonese."

✅ NDA Agreement

All agents must sign Francoda's platform NDA before seeing any task details. This is legally binding. Breach results in account termination and withheld payment.

✅ No Private Contact Info

Agents must NOT share their phone number, WeChat, or email with buyers outside the platform. Any attempt to circumvent the platform results in a ban and forfeited payment.

⭐ Agent Rating System

After each completed task, the buyer rates the agent from 1 to 5 stars. The agent's public profile shows their average rating. Agents with consistently low ratings (below 3.5 stars over 5 tasks) will be suspended from the platform.

Payment & Refund Rules

✅ Task Fully Completed

Buyer confirms satisfaction → Platform releases full payment (minus commission) to agent. Task closed.

⚠️ Task Not Done At All

Agent did not complete the task or upload any deliverable → 100% refund to buyer. Agent gets nothing. Platform investigates.

⚠️ Task Partially Incomplete

Agent completed some but not all requirements (e.g., visited 10 booths instead of required 20) → 50% refund to buyer, 50% released to agent (minus commission). Platform reviews evidence.

💬 Dispute Process

If buyer and agent disagree, either party can file a dispute via email (francoda100@gmail.com). Francoda reviews task records and makes a final ruling within 48 hours.

💡 We intentionally keep fees low. Our job is to build trust and volume. As the platform grows, premium services (AI report analysis, translation, verified agent badges) will be available as optional add-ons.

Every task uses our standardized checklist system. Agents must follow specific steps and upload photos, videos, and a completed checklist. You review before payment is released. Agents are also rated by previous buyers — check their star rating before choosing.

All agents sign a platform NDA before viewing task details. Tasks are anonymous by default. Any breach results in immediate account termination, withheld payment, and legal liability. We take confidentiality seriously.

After you select an agent's bid, you pay the agreed amount via WeChat Pay, Alipay, or bank transfer. The funds are held securely by Francoda. The agent only receives payment after you confirm the task is completed satisfactorily. This protects both sides.

Yes! When posting a factory visit task, select "Live video call required." Specify your preferred time window. The agent will video call you during the visit so you can see everything in real time.

Anyone with local knowledge and a smartphone. Students, freelancers, stay-at-home parents, retired professionals — all welcome. No specific experience required for basic tasks. We provide checklists and guidelines.

If the task is not done at all, you get a 100% refund. If partially incomplete, you get a 50% refund and the agent gets 50% (minus commission). Email us at francoda100@gmail.com to initiate a dispute. We review within 48 hours.
